All payments made for virtual assistant services are non-refundable. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing time, expertise, and effort, which are non-recoverable resources.

2. Refunds in Case of Gross Negligence

Refunds will only be considered in cases where gross negligence on the part of Hire Out Today can be clearly demonstrated. Gross negligence is defined as a willful disregard of duty or a complete failure to exercise even slight care, resulting in significant harm or loss to the client.

Examples of gross negligence may include:

Complete and unjustified failure to perform agreed-upon tasks.
Mishandling of sensitive client information in violation of contractual obligations or applicable law.
Deliberate misuse of client funds or data.

Mere dissatisfaction, miscommunication, or a perceived lack of performance not rising to the level of gross negligence does not qualify for a refund.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the conditions outlined above, clients must:

Submit a written refund request within 7 calendar days of the alleged incident.
Provide detailed documentation and evidence supporting the claim of gross negligence.
